We’re a family-owned company, and we mean that in the practical sense: the person who quotes your floor is the same person who’s accountable for how it turns out. There’s no sales rep in between, and no call center three states away.
Our family has been in this area for 50 years. We’ve shoveled these driveways, parked trucks on these slabs through February, and watched what road salt and freeze-thaw do to bare concrete. We didn’t learn that from a product brochure. We learned it living here.
The two of us have each spent more than 30 years in the flooring and construction trades. That’s the part of this work you can’t shortcut — three decades on real floors is what tells you which slabs need extra attention, which cracks are going to move again, and which system actually belongs in a given garage.
One of us is a veteran. That shows up in the unglamorous parts of the job: showing up when we said we would, doing the prep properly when nobody would ever know if we skipped it, and finishing the floor the way it was specified rather than the way that’s faster.
That’s the whole pitch. No franchise handbook, no sales team — just two people whose name is on the work, in a town where we still have to run into you at the hardware store.
