We get back to you within one business day
A real reply from one of the owners, not an autoresponder. If you sent the form outside working hours, that clock starts the next morning — we're not going to pretend someone is watching the inbox at 11pm.
We find a time that suits you
The visit takes as long as the floor needs, usually not long. We work around your schedule rather than handing you a two-hour window and hoping. If the garage is at a second property and you won't be there, say so — we do plenty of those and can arrange access ahead of time.
We come out and actually look at the slab
We measure the space, check the concrete for cracking, spalling and pitting, look at the control joints, and check for moisture — which is one of the genuine causes of coating failure and the reason we won't quote blind. We'll talk through epoxy and polyurea in plain terms and tell you which one your floor calls for.
You get a written number
Scope and price in writing, including which system, what prep the slab needs, and any extras like a moisture seal or stem walls if they apply. No verbal estimate that moves later, and nothing added on afterwards.
Then you decide, in your own time
There's no follow-up sequence and nobody chasing you. If it's a yes, we get you on the schedule and tell you exactly what needs to be cleared out and when. If it's a no, that's genuinely fine — we'd rather you got three quotes and felt sure.

Rough size
Two-car, three-car, or a shop with a footprint you can pace out. Square footage is the biggest single input into the number, so even a rough figure gets us close on the phone.
What's on it now
Bare concrete, or has it been coated or sealed before? Anything already down has to come off before we can bond to the slab, and that's one of the things that moves a quote.
What you've noticed
Cracking, pitting, flaking, a patch that always seems damp, or salt damage near the door. None of it rules a floor out — it just tells us what the prep is likely to involve.
When you'd want it done
Whether you're looking at this month or thinking about next spring. Cold weather affects both which system suits and when we can install, so timing genuinely changes the recommendation.
