Staining almost never rules a floor out. Surface discolouration comes off in the diamond grinding, which is the first thing we do regardless. What matters is whether the slab is structurally sound underneath it. Deep spalling or concrete that's actively breaking up is a different conversation, and we'll tell you straight if that's what we find.
